Quote Of The Conversation

“I was facing burnout, right out of the gate. Like my first two years, thinking, how can I exit this field?

And I was like, oh, gosh, Leigh Ann, you just started.  But I wasn’t feeling fulfilled. And that had many facets to it…but one of them was managing stress. So if I had the tools to manage my stress in different areas of my life, including my SLP stress, I think that would have brought a lot more clarity and peace and have and allowed me to focus more on learning the tools and just being a lot more calmer those first couple years.”
