As SLPs, relationships are at the heart of all we do. If we struggle to build and maintain healthy relationships, we will undoubtedly struggle to find success (and peace!) as an SLP. In this course, you’ll learn why healthy workplace relationships are essential in your role, unpack the characteristics that make up healthy workplace relationships and learn 12 key strategies to help you build and navigate the workplace and client/patient relationships. You’ll leave this course aware of where your own strengths and weaknesses are related to relationship building and have the chance to create a plan of action to improve them moving forward.
